Of course, we also want to be visible to the public, draw attention to our work and attract new members and supporters. As a new member of the Eine-Welt-Zentrum (One World Center) in Heidelberg, we are now better networked and also have an office in the WeltHaus (at Heidelberg main station). On 25.02.2024 we presented ourselves and our work at the Eine-Welt-Tag at the Karlstorbahnhof and were able to exchange ideas with many enthusiastic people. Vereinsgeschichte

In the more than 30 years that Christine Weitmann has led AGAPE e.V., she has been able to give many people in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Tibet a new chance. She has also documented her travels in photographs, a selection of which can be seen below. Her commitment for the children of the poorest of the poor was honoured with the Federal Cross of Merit and in a number of newspaper articles.
